International Policy

Introduction-

In the session 2020-21, DAVFPS, Babrala added an international dimension to its existence with its association with British Council for receiving an International accreditation in the form of International School Award- 2020-21. Through the inclusion of an international dimension to DAV Fertilizer Public School, we are able to offer to our children, a range of experiences that will enhance their learning and raise awareness of their national and international identity.

Aims-

• To embed the global dimension within the school curriculum, engaging students to celebrate their own cultural identity and to foster respect for other cultures, languages and religion.
• To prepare students for life in a diverse global society and work in a competitive global economy.
• To work with global partners to achieve their educational goals and ours.

Objectives-

• To equip the learners with necessary skills to become responsible global citizens.
• To Sensitize   children towards complexity of global issues and developing critical thinking skills to become global citizens.
• To encourage greater involvement in environmental issues.
• To integrate the global dimension into the whole school curriculum by raising staff awareness.
• To continually upgrade our teaching methodologies to match with international standards.
